BFGF is an 18kDa
protein and a signal factor between multi-functional
cell which participate in regulation of basic celluar
processes such as proliferation, differentiation and
etc. for various cell including fibroblast. It is also
an essential factor for optimal body condition. 23 Members
of the FGF family have been identified all of which
are structurally related signaling molecules.
Especially, It is known that FGF-1(aFGF) or FGF-2(bFGF)
has a strong cell-division effect for mesoblast structure. |

BFGF effect
as cosmetic source
bFGF exists in a dermal layer ,while EGF stimulate a
epidermal layer. It stimulates in-body cell and produces
collagen which is a main conponent of skin elasticity.
It strengthens skin lagament which is decreased by aging
and improves the skin wrinkle and elasticity. When fibroblast
reacts actively, collagen maintains for a long time
in the dermis, it makes an more elastic and shiny skin.
It is decreased with aging. Just by applying bFGF simply
in the skin, it is penentrated in the epidermis and
acts effectively for dermal trouble such as wrinkle,
melasma, and skin sagging . |
